    2. Book and pay for your Academic Dress (Regalia) hire, photography and 3 guest tickets* throughÌýÌýfromÌý27 July 2024 toÌý30 August 2024.

      Check name, address and degree specialisation are correct.
    2. Select how you would like to receive your graduation documents:
    • Not Attending – Mail: your graduation documents will be sent to you after your scheduled ceremony date by either registered post within Australia, or by courier outside Australia
    • Not Attending - Collect: your Testamur will be available for collection from the Student Administrative Services office at Õ¬Äи£Àû from Monday 16 September 2024 onwards.

    If you require evidence of your degree completion for work purposes, please emailÌýStudent Administrative ServicesÌýand a formal letter can be provided.

  • In order to graduate, it is a University requirement that all materials must be returned, and all fines/fees must be settled (this includes any tuition fees, loans, library books and fines.) and your USI registered with Õ¬Äи£Àû (or exemption processed)

    Students can check their accounts by contacting Student Administrative Services. Library accounts can be checked through theÌýmyLibraryÌýlogin, located on the Academic Library webpage.

  • All graduands are required to wear the appropriate academic dress during the Degree Conferring Ceremony

    Graduands are advised that there will be a requirement to walk up and down stairs to access the stage, therefore appropriate shoes are essential.

  • Academic Dress will be available from 1000-1300 on Friday 13 September 2024 in the South Foyer of Adams Auditorium. Graduands must bring identification.

    Each Graduand can book up to 3 guest tickets through

    Guests will not be able to enter the venue without a digital ticket (on a device or printed copy)

    Academic Dress can be returned from 1500-1700 on Friday 13 September 2024 in Adams Auditorium

    Guest Tickets that have been ordered will be sent digitally.

    Any Graduand requiring extra guest tickets will need to send a request to Student Administrative Services.Ìý Extra tickets will be allocated once registration has closed and if there are seats available in the Auditorium.

  • Graduands or guests requiring special assistance in relation to accessibility and seating are advised to contact Student Administrative ServicesÌýas soon as possible.

  • All Graduands will be photographed as they receive their testamur on stage.

    Studio photography will be available on the ceremony day in the Adams Auditorium - Army/Airforce Rooms from 0900-1700.

  • Õ¬Äи£Àû recognises the hard work and dedication of all our graduating students. To celebrate this significant milestone, you and your guests are invited to join us for light refreshments outside Adams Auditorium after the ceremony.Ìý Please register for refreshments at

    Grab a mini grazing box and drink on us to enjoy with your family and friends.

    Have your professional headshot taken by a portrait photographer for free. Visit the Alumni table to collect some Õ¬Äи£Àû merch and to chat about life after university as well as all of the you can access as a Õ¬Äи£Àû alumni.
